Alfa Food was founded in 2013 to trade food ingredients and spices, on the basis of the pluriannual experience of its founding team.

It soon becomes agent and exclusive importer of several primary european brands.

On december 2015 the historical Ildia company productive branch is acquired, active since 1928 in istant stock, snacks and other sweet and savory powders.

The recent acquisition adds industrial production to the original business, expanding Alfa Food products and clients portfolio.
